Introduction

Infinitely World Technologies Construction provides general contracting and construction management services in the kingdom of Bahrain. The company began in December 2000 as an industrial general contractor focusing on industrial warehouse and distribution facilities. Over the years, Infinitely World Technologies Construction has diversified and expanded into many project types, from Class-A office developments, hotels and tenant interiors.

PREPARATION & PRELIMINARIES
Preliminaries (or ‘prelims’) can be included in tender documents, and they provide a description of a project that allows the contractor to assess costs that, while not part of the contract’s package of works, are required given the manner and conditions of the work.
‘The goal of preliminaries is to explain the works as a whole, as well as to specify general conditions and requirements for their execution, such as subcontracting, approvals, testing, and completion,’ according to NBS. The preliminary and work sections jointly outline what is needed to complete the contract’s work requirements.
CIVIL WORKS
Civil work is basically that which is permanently attached to the house and cannot be readily modified. It comprises tiling, bathroom renovations, wall breaking, kitchen platform repair, and electrical work, among other things. When compared to other types of work, such as furniture and kitchens, it is frequently more untidy and time-consuming.
When you acquire a new flat from a builder, the civil work is usually completed, so all you have to do is focus on the woodwork, such as furnishings and the kitchen. You can simply request that the builder install tiles, fixtures, and other items of your choice during the construction process.
Civil construction projects typically take a long time to complete. It creates a great deal of mess in the house, which might damage existing furnishings. It’s tough to find day workers who do civil work linked to masonry, and it’s even more difficult to find this labor on your own.
FLOOR & ELEVATION PLAN
A floor elevation survey will show you where and how much your floor elevation varies throughout your house. To begin, a base point – point 0 – is established to serve as the primary reference point.
After the foundation is laid, elevation readings are collected throughout the house in a systematic and thorough manner. These measurements are conducted to determine the differences in elevation from the starting site.
In order to provide data for a floor elevation survey, three basic tools are used.
  • A Ziplevel Altimeter
  • A Water Level
  • A Transit
MEP PLANS

Building automation projects frequently include MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) plans. If you’ve been working in the field of building automation for a while, you’re probably aware that mechanical and electrical planning are the most important aspects of your project. MEP designs are necessary for the construction of the building structure, much as communication is. The MEP shop drawings serve as a template for laying out the specifics of how a structure should be built. The MEP plans provide a wealth of information for MEP engineers. Mechanical and electrical blueprints show how the building’s HVAC and electrical systems are connected.

For the organization of MEP services, MEP engineers use 3D shop drawings. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, piping, and other duct-work layout drawings are included in MEP coordinated shop drawings.
3D DESGINING
The technique of creating a mathematical representation of a three-dimensional item or shape using software is known as 3D design. A 3D model is the name given to the manufactured object, and these 3-dimensional models are employed in computer-generated (CG) design. Artists use 3D design to shape, communicate, document, analyze, and share their ideas in a range of industries.
Different types of 3D design

These are only a handful of the 3D design techniques utilized in the industrial, architectural, construction, media, and entertainment industries.

  • 3D CAD
  • 3D MODELLING
  • Visual Effects
  • Virtual Reality
  • Product Design
INTERIOR & EXTERIOR DESIGN
Interior Design
Interior design is all about how we interact with our surroundings. It’s a powerful, necessary aspect of our everyday lives that has an impact on how we live, work, play, and even heal. Interior design at work creates comfortable homes, effective workplaces, and stunning public areas.
Exterior Design
The size and shape of your home, how it fits into the surrounding neighborhood and cityscape, and the influence it makes on its location are all factors in exterior design. While home design is a matter of personal preference, there are several practical advantages to designing a home or renovating it: – is in tune with your surroundings – has a low impact on your site’s landforms, and – takes advantage of solar access and other natural aspects
CONSULTATION
A consultation is an informational meeting with a professional or expert, or the act or process of formally discussing and cooperating on something.
Think Big Think Fast
Companies require a completely different strategy to developing and managing technology, one that is better suited to the ever-changing realities of today’s business environment. Anticipating and preparing for this shock wave demands industry-specific expertise and guidance. Thanks to resilient industry-specific technology architectures, as well as cost-effective and flexible cloud and data solutions, our technology strategy and advisory services enable firms reinvent themselves and develop business value. What was the end result? Identifying financial resources that can be used to fund additional technological initiatives and develop a growth engine.
FITOUT
For outsiders or people who are new to the industry, there are several terms that can be perplexing. The word “fit-out construction” is one of them. What is the definition of fit-out construction? It usually refers to the actions that prepare a commercial tenant’s interior space for occupation. Fit-out work is frequently done by a tenant’s own contractor rather than by the landlord’s building company.
An interior area is often developed as a “white box” or “shell” by a contractor working for a commercial space landlord. This happens whether it’s for a new construction or changing a former tenant’s area so that new tenants can look at it and sign a lease.
SUPER VISION
Whether you’re working on a project that involves the construction of buildings, infrastructure, industrial plants, wind farms, or power plants, you’ll need to coordinate multiple contractors. Our independent construction supervision can assist you in completing your project on schedule, on budget, and in accordance with applicable quality standards.
Importance of Super Vision
On both large and small construction sites, supervision is critical in preventing accidents. Planning and allocating work, making decisions, monitoring performance and compliance, giving leadership and teamwork, and ensuring staff involvement are all typical supervisory duties. As a result, supervision plays a significant role in the success of a typical construction project, particularly in terms of ensuring that health and safety is successfully managed.
